OCEANFRONT Resort timeshare weeks/rooms are all PRIVATELY OWNED by our family
on the island of Aruba. These rooms, which we make available for you to rent,
are ones that our family will not be using. We visit the island several times a
year and enjoy it each time but simply can’t use all of the weeks we have so we
offer them for your enjoyment as well.
We can
also provide you with rental rooms at many other resorts on the island, as well
as worldwide, within two months from the time that you contact us. This is
subject to our having success in exchanging our “banked” weeks thru a Timeshare
Exchange company. We would need to receive payment prior to confirming the
booking of your selection and can’t always guarantee the requested resort due
to availability. However, we should be able to obtain your requested dates, at

the Caribbean Sea. Most of the pictures posted on the Pictures/Details links are actual views from the rooms themselves.
Final
rental cost of the rooms above does not include a room tax/energy surcharge of
about $20/day (2BR) and $15/day (1BR) that is billed to the occupant of the
room and payable to the resort when you check out. This is similar to any
taxes/fees that you pay when you rent a hotel room.

CDM
& CLBR rooms are 2BR/2Bath, sleep 6 (King
Bed, two twin beds and a pull out sleeper sofa.) Patio, Full Kitchen, Dining
Room, Living Room, Roman Bath, 3 TV’s & Microwave.
ABC Week 38 is a 1BR/1BR
that sleeps 5 (Two Queen Beds and a pull out sleeper sofa.) This is a
ground-level OCEANFRONT room where you walk off your patio right onto the
Beach.
This is NOT a commercial business. There are no commissions/fees
paid to 3rd parties.
